What this covers

These terms apply to the Blinkimg website, the developer API, and our WordPress and Shopify integrations. Using any of them means you accept them.

What we provide

Image compression and format conversion. We aim to keep the service available and the output faithful to the input, but we provide it as-is and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Compression is lossy by design. Every result has a before/after comparison so you can judge it yourself before downloading. Please do, particularly for anything you cannot re-create.

Keep your own copy of anything important. Uploads and results are deleted within 24 hours and cannot be recovered afterwards.

Your images and your responsibility

You keep all rights to the images you upload. We claim no ownership and use them only to perform the operation you asked for.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not use Blinkimg for content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Fair use and limits

Free use is rate-limited so the service stays fast for everyone. You need no account. You get 50 images a batch and 30 MB a file, with 100 images an hour and 300 a day from one address. The counter beside the drop zone shows where you stand. Paid plans have their own limits, published on the home page.

Do not attempt to circumvent limits, disrupt the service, or resell it as your own. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Purchased credits do not expire. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent cannot.

Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
